Approach
Generated helical guide curves and lofts for a smooth, tangency-controlled skin. Ribs are blended into the form to stiffen the shell and guide highlights. Draft and parting were considered from the outset for either print or cast routes.
Outcome
Single-shell body with no internal supports; predictable sanding & polishing; neutral mass distribution for stability; geometry prepared for volume scaling and material variants (ceramic, resin, aluminium).
