Problem
OEM needed a compact, serviceable mounting assembly for low-capacity process vessels where conventional jacking tools and shimming were impractical. It had to integrate anti-lift and lateral restraint, maintain metrological performance, and allow safe, fast maintenance with minimal downtime.
Solution
- Three-point base for excellent mechanical stability and self-alignment, eliminating most shimming during installation.
- Raise/lower under load via integrated lever feature so the load cell can be removed/replaced without separate jacks or dummy cells (family feature of LeverMount).
- Lift-off prevention and side-load control using pinned restraints and a guided top plate to protect the load cell elastomer and maintain linearity at small lateral movements.
- Lite geometry optimized for 0–200 kg class envelopes (your drawing set), with a low profile for conveyors and small hoppers.
- Design for manufacture: one-piece cast/ machined housing, datum bosses for quick jigging, generous radii for powder-coat, and protected cable routing.
